ClutchLoop Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ClutchLoop! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within six months of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Returns are accepted for any quantity of ClutchLoops.
International orders can only be refunded for the product cost, due to high shipping costs.
Returns must be requested within 6 months of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items purchased from third-party resellers.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our support team at valentina@clutchloop.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return label (U.S. orders only). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Ship the item back in its original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

We offer full or partial refunds based on the reason for return:

Full Refund (Product + Shipping + Taxes): If the issue was due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product).
Partial Refund (Product Only, No Shipping or Taxes): If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, didn’t like the item).
Shipping Refunds: If an order with express shipping is delayed beyond our promised timeframe, we will refund the difference between standard and express shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to provide a replacement first.

Warranty: All ClutchLoop products come with a 6-month warranty.
Photos Required: Please send a photo of the issue when requesting a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, contact us for a replacement.
